Seated is founded and run by a young lady with a disability called left arm Erbs palsy. She is CEO and lead designer plus has qualifications and a background in logistics management.
We currently selling online via Takealot, Amazon and retail at Picknpay hyper and Massmart (Builders warehouse)

We mainly specialize in cushions for single seater, lounger/sunbed chairs and camping mattresses.
The main goal of the business is getting ready-made stylish patio accessories at a quick pace. The main customer base is hotels,lodges,schools and affluent homeowners.
Our products have no leadtime , as we keep stock on all designs ensuring customers receive products as promptly as they need.
Our company stands out through its community.
We still do custom made orders thus are able to not only produce products faster but we use customer data to inform the next mainline designs. Our designs have been chosen through research.
Our products stand our due to quality. We take pride in using best fabrics that last long and advising customers on aftercare for longevity.

Do we produce custom orders?
Yes we do. While we prefer customers to choose from our large offering we do allow custom orders for 10+ units ,this is due to economies of scale.

One of our main key objectives of the business was to create employment and skills development for the youth, which we do by also partnering with local artisans snd schools
Who is the Founder?
Seated by Jenkie, is Foundered and directed by Sejeng Noge. She is a South African young lady with a disability (Left arm erbs palsy), who through her commitment has managed to grow her company by leaps. She is formally an Analyst with qualifications in Logistics and business.
The company officially started in 2022, as a home based ecommerce brand that sold on third-party sites such as Takealot but has since grown to a national footprint through physical stores Picknpay and Builders and is also found on Amazon and Makro online.
